マッサージで一番初めに習う、筋肉の名前！
学校にもよりますが、主要な筋肉は覚えなければいけません。筋肉の起始と停止を覚えることは、地図を覚えることに似ています。「ここからここに」筋肉があるのを理解するのは、アプローチを考える上でとても大切です。
筋肉の名前と「起始・停止・作用」を日本語と英語でまとめてみました。
今回は首と顔の筋肉編です。

胸鎖乳突筋 / Sternocleidomastoid
