【日本語・英語の早見表！】「腕の筋肉」たちのまとめ

マッサージで一番初めに習う、筋肉の名前！

学校にもよりますが、主要な筋肉は覚えなければいけません。筋肉の起始と停止を覚えることは、地図を覚えることに似ています。「ここからここに」筋肉があるのを理解するのは、アプローチを考える上でとても大切です。

前回の記事に引き続き、筋肉の名前と「起始・停止・作用」を日本語と英語でまとめてみました。

 

今回は腕の筋肉編です。

 

上腕二頭筋 / Biceps Brachii
